BODYBALANCE™ BODYBALANCE™ - BODYBALANCE™ is a new yoga class for anyone and everyone. It uses a range of movements and motion set to music that will improve your mind, your body and your life leaving you feeling calm and centred.

BODYCOMBAT™ BODYCOMBAT™ - BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout. You'll learn how to punch, kick and strike your way to superior fitness and strength.

BODYPUMP™ BODYPUMP™ - BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell workout for absolutely everyone. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition (reps) BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout that burns calories, strengthens and tones.

BODYSTEP™ Classic BODYSTEP™ Classic - BODYSTEP™ is basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs. This full-body cardio workout will really tone your butt and thighs.

Body Attack Express Body Attack Express - 30 minutes of BODYATTACK™. This program is a high-energy, sports-inspired workout with moves that combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

Body Pump 45 min format Body Pump 45 min format - 45 minutes of BODYPUMP, a full body workout, using light to moderate weights, to build strength, tone, and burn calories.

CXWORX™ CXWORX™ - CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body while chiselling your waist line. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do – it's the glue that holds everything together.

Healthy and Active - STUDIO 2 - HEALTHY AND ACTIVE is strength training program for people over 50 years of age, designed to help increase functional strength, bone density, and have fun working together.

LES MILLS BARRE™ LES MILLS BARRE™ - LES MILLS BARRE™ is a modern version of classic balletic training; a 30-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles and build core strength.

POUND - STUDIO 2 POUND - STUDIO 2 - 30 minutes. Pound is a full body cardio session, incorporating light weight drumsticks.

Platinum Body Pump - Platinum Body Pump is a 30 minute workout using light weights to gain strength and lean, toned muscle without adding bulk. This particular class you will find the music slightly quieter than our other Body Pump classes.

RPM EXPRESS RPM EXPRESS - 30 minutes of RPM®. This indoor cycling workout is where you discover your athlete within. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training, burning up to 675 calories in just 30 minutes.

RPM™ RPM™ - RPM™ is an indoor cycling class, set to the rhythm of motivating music. It blasts calories and builds aerobic fitness fast.

SPRINT SPRINT - LES MILLS SPRINT is a workout of high intensity, designed using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.

Work Out Of The Day - circuit workout

Young at Heart - Lots of variety offered in this free style class. Ideal for all fitness levels including beginners.

ZUMBA ZUMBA - Zumba is a total workout. Combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. The Latin music and World rhythms make this class exercise in disguise. Zumba is effective, fun and for everybody!
