Class Descriptions

AQUA AQUA - Participants will get fit while toning and shaping their bodies using the resistance of water. Our skilled instructors incorporate energetic music, aqua noodles and aqua dumbbells for a fun workout while burning calories.

AQUA STICKS AQUA STICKS - Using a variety of water equipment and a combination of low resistance moves, aqua gym sticks will have you feeling firm and fit! Not to mention cool on those hot summer days and warm in the cold of winter in our heated pool.

BODYBALANCE™ BODYBALANCE™ - BODYBALANCE™ is a new yoga class for anyone and everyone. Set to music and embracing elements of Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates, BODYBALANCE will improve your mind and your body leaving you feeling calm and centred.

BODYCOMBAT™ BODYCOMBAT™ - BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout. You'll learn how to punch, kick and strike your way to superior fitness and strength.

BODYJAM™ BODYJAM™ - BODYJAM™ is the ultimate combination of music, culture and dance. If you want to dance, there's nothing like it.

BODYPUMP™ BODYPUMP™ - BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell workout for absolutely everyone. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition (reps), BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout that burns calories, strengthens and tones.

BODYSTEP™ Classic BODYSTEP™ Classic - BODYSTEP™ is basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs. This full-body cardio workout will really tone your butt and thighs.

CXWORX™ CXWORX™ - CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body with a focus on the glue that holds it all together - the core. Working with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers.

HIIT HIIT - HIIT - 30 minute session of high intensity interval training combining strength, body weight, plyometric and agility exercises.

LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio - LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio is a 30 minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn.

PILATES PILATES - Pilates is a body conditioning routine that will help build up your flexibility, muscle strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance.

RPM™ RPM™ - RPM™ is an indoor cycling class, set to the rhythm of motivating music. It blasts calories and builds aerobic fitness fast.

SH'BAM™ SH'BAM™ - SH'BAM™ is a fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. Your instructor will guide you through simple, sassy dance moves, all set to a party playlist.

TX Circuit 11-13 year old TX Circuit 11-13 year old - Wednesday 3.45pm 4.30pm Definition TX Circuit will focus on the basics of functional training Strength/boxing/cardio drills/body weight training/ agility/games/ group activities.

TX Fitness 8-10 year old TX Fitness 8-10 year old - Monday 3.45pm-4.30pm Definition TX fitness will introduce the fundamentals of fitness. Strength/agility/balance/cardio fitness/games/ group activities.

YOGA YOGA - Yoga is an ancient philosophy combining postures and breathing exercises, which are used to build physical strength and flexibility. This class also provides a calming and relaxing effect which aids in relaxation and reducing stress.

boxing boxing - BOXING- forty-five minute session of functional training and boxing for all levels. Gloves and pads (both provided). Boxing inner’s will be sold at reception.
